Being a slow fashion, made-to-order company, items are made especially for you after your order has been placed. If you wish to return an item (thats was not made-to-order or customized), please do so within 7 days of receipt at your own expense. All items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all orginal tags attached and in the same condition as it was received. After having received your returned item PRETTIE LANES will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days. The customer is advised to return items tracked & insured.
