Twirl into any colder season with this roomy swing coat - a classic that the infamous Mrs Maisel would wear ...

 

Please note: the Raspberry Red version of this coat has sold out last year and showcases the full design you are ordering.

 

The coat is made of Oeko Tex certified, heavy weight and beautifully draping, pure Virgin Wool fabric in a variety of vintage-like shades (Lining color chosen accordingly or in a contrasting shade on request). Most photos show the coat with a petticoat underneath to showcase the volume. Faux fur not included.

 

The coat is available with long (pictured) or 3/4 length Dolman sleeves- a perfect and authentic look for long gloves. It features wide, pointy cuffs, a midcentury style panel trapeze back with decorative top- stitching and a shoulder yoke design front and back.

 

Fully lined in Rayon. Invisibly hand-sewn hem and details all-over. The coat closes with two big, metal press buttons that are hidden under two decorative self buttons for a clean look (naturally overlapping front due to fabric weight with additional true to era hook and hand-crochet loop closure for a seamless look. Two working front pockets. Decorative front bows.

100% Virgin Wool. Lining: 100% Rayon.

 

Professional clean. Wool being a natural material, does not require washing. Airing it outside is perfect and most gentle for Wool in combination with spot cleaning. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron/steam medium heat. Let fully dry after steaming.

Custom length (waist to hem). Please specify measurement(s) in "note to seller" section during checkout. Coats should be at least 5cm longer than your dresses.

The fabric has no stretch. Please note: The length measurements stated in the table below are the measurements of the finished garment and the bust size serves as a fit recommendation.

 

Which size to choose depends on whether your prefer a more loose or close fit. Please choose your coat size by your bust size. The waist and hip size is not relevant due to the wide cut of this Swing Coat.
